- Assist with all wording of wedding material (programs, save the dates, invitations, etc)
- Provide church/reception site rules to contracted professionals
- Set up wedding weekend transportation for guests & bridal party
- Tracking of rsvps
- Two weeks prior to wedding - consult the officiant/clergy to review ceremony order
- Set up & attend final wedding meetings with vendors
- Create detailed itinerary, contact sheet & map for the wedding vendors
- Coordinate reception details (entrance, 1st dance, cake cutting, etc.)
- Arrange transportation to/from ceremony & reception
